The living room is designed for comfort and connection, with a large sectional
couch, abundant natural light, and a smart TV. Gather your group for movie
nights, board games, or gaming sessions on the provided console.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

Our kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with everything you need to whip up
meals or enjoy takeout. The counter seats four, making it a great spot for
casual dining or morning coffee. Plus, enjoy complimentary coffee and tea
throughout your stay.

Cocktail Items

Unwind with a fully stocked mixology kit. Whether it’s shots, wine, or
cocktails, Vista Nopal has the tools needed for the job. (Alcohol not provided.)

bathroom. Third Bedroom/Study: Full bed with an adjacent bathroom featuring a
shower-tub combo. Fourth Bedroom: Bunk room with two queen-size bunk
beds—perfect for kids or the young at heart! Fresh Towels & Toiletries:
Includes makeup towels, washcloths, oversized bath towels, and essential
toiletries. A hair dryer is available in each bathroom. Maximum Occupancy: 10

Driveway Access: The driveway has a steep 13% grade. Approach with an initial
acceleration for a smooth climb. Lake Access: Enjoy private community lake
access by requesting a guest pass at least 72 hours before check-in. Security
Cameras: External cameras are installed for guest safety and property insurance
purposes. There are no cameras inside the home. Temperature Control: Our AC
system uses a smart Ecobee thermostat for optimal comfort.
