I had such a fantastic stay with the Barclé team. I’ve never been to Austin before, nor did I know anyone from Austin to help guide me. So when I had to look for a last-minute stay, I kind of panicked until I came across this lovely residential building and thought,…hmmm, it seems too perfect. So, I checked the reviews from their other properties and realized, no, they’re just professionals – how refreshing! The host and staff were so accommodating from well before my arrival to departure. I had some important mail sent to me, but it arrived too late. The owners agreed to mail it to my new destination – how kind! Now, back to the property, it is a very modern, chic building and in a trendy location with access to great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. I also loved the convenience of the coffee shop on the first floor of the building, as well as the plethora of scooter options right outside the door to get around the city. Did I mention they have a pool? Plus all the other amenities – gym, w/d in unit, dishwasher, smart TV, private balcony, and more. The apartment itself was incredibly clean and I’m OCD, so it’s impressive that had no complaints! I honestly thought to myself that if for some reason, I had to move temporarily to Austin, this building would be on the top of my list. Given that I’m involved in the Austin Film Festival, I’m sure I will be back again!
