Our Vision
We believe in a world where hotels, hostels, bed and breakfasts, homeowners, long term renters and short-term rental vacation homes can peacefully coexist.
Through a combination of technology, superior vetting practices, Barclé Group is going above and beyond the average city regulations across the country.
We take pride in our commitment to ensuring that the future of the short-term rental industry puts community and neighborhood safety over profits, and we have partnered with homeowners who believe that a brighter future for this industry is possible.
Responsibility
We have always paid our full share of transient occupancy taxes and property taxes on our homes, and we support our employees by operating under fair pay contracts and flexible work policies.
Paying taxes helps the communities in which we operate to thrive, as these cities and their residents rely on hotel tax funds for a multitude of improvement projects. We are proud to contribute to the betterment of our communities by paying fair wages and taxes.
Diversity
Barclé Group acknowledges the inherent cultural biases in the rental vacation market. We never discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or national origin.
We believe that no tenant should ever be evicted to convert a long-term rental into a short term rental, and we are committed to realizing this value by never managing homes that have evicted tenants in order to rent short term.
We believe that a diverse and thriving community has a mixture of homeowners, long-term renters, short-term renters, high and low-end hotels, and other housing options.
Sustainability
We are dedicated to moving towards sustainable practices in each of our homes. From installing energy-efficient appliances and fixtures, to using refillable dispensers that reduce single-use plastic waste, we work with every homeowner to reduce the carbon footprint of their homes and realize the future of sustainable travel.
